Feeling not as good as others in business? This is how YOU overcome not feeling good enough

“I fear that I’m not as qualified at what I do as her, because I don’t have her success”. 

This was a “journal” entry I wrote in my Notes app from 2022.

I’m someone who has hired my own clients in the past. I’m someone who’s read a piece of content without knowing who the author was and saw them as someone I’d hire without question. I’m someone who was working with a client on her messaging a couple of weeks ago and literally said to her “I’m tempted to invest in this!”

I’m someone who has helped clients to make more than DOUBLE the money that I was making at the time. And yet I still believed that there was some kind of hierarchy. Like it’s some kind of queen bee popularity, “who’s the richest” contest. Where one person sets the tone and everyone follows. 

But the thing is, WE create this hierarchy. 

Yet sitting in the energy of “how can I position myself as an authority?” is exhausting. 

As is never sharing what YOU believe because it’s not what that other leader preaches and we see them as being “higher up in the hierarchy” 😵‍💫 

You can be f*g incredible at what you do and make £500 a month. 

You can be f*g incredible at what you do and have 20 followers. 

You can be f*g incredible at what you do and nobody even knows it yet.

You get to lead and hold yourself to your stretchiest vision.
